Q What are your shipping rates?

A:When you checkout you can choose how you want your order shipped. Below are the following options:

All order are shipped by USPS and cost is by weight. the total weight is show for each listing.

First Class Shipping - With Tracking Number. (Continental U.S. Only) cost is Calculated by weight, your order will arrive within approx 3-7 days. 
Priority Shipping - With Tracking Number (Continental U.S. Only) generally your order will arrive within 3-5 days.
First Class International Shipping - (Shipping outside U.S. Only) cost Calculated by weight generally your order will arrive within 1 week.

Q: What is your return policy?    

A: We will exchange or Refund any decal, Must be Return With In 30 Days Of Shippment. See Return Policy 

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?   

A: Your Order Will Ship Within 2-5 Business Days After Your Payment Is Received.

Shipiments Are Made Monday - Friday. EXCLUDING POSTAL HOLIDAYS. (USPS Takes 2 - 9 Business days)

You will receive an Email with Shipping Infomation and Tracking Number of you Items.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes,  USPS First Class Mail International, Estimated delivery veries for items shipped to an international location. 

Q: Can I change The Lay-out or Wording Of a Decal. 

A: Yes,  But You must first message us and tell us what your looking for so we may see if it can be done. as we make each decal as you order we can make changes, contact us 

Q: How Do I Put On The Decal? 

A: We Send Instalation Instruction With Every Order, Or You Can Goto Install on our Home Page.

Q: What payment methods does SCImpressions accept?

A: Currently accepts payment by Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVER,  Also accepts personal checks / money orders, from U.S. banks only, please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process funds for your order if you will be placing you order by check. Check orders are placed as pending in our production schedule and are processed & shipped once we receive your Funds. 

Q: How should I prepare the surface for the decal?

A: Please read these instructions all the way through before starting your application. The surface must be clean, and free of all oils, waxes and dirt. Use Windex or a comparable cleaner to clean the glass. If you use RainX, try Formula 409 to remove it. On painted surfaces wipe with a wax remover or alcohol if applying on freshly waxed paint. These Decals come to you in three layers. The top layer is called the Transfer Tape. It looks like Clear tape. The middle layer is the actual Decal. The bottom layer is a Backing Paper treated with a release agent.

Q: Can I lacquer over the decal without damaging it in any way?

A: Yes. Our decals do withhold their integrity when lacquered to a surface with a water based lacquer. If you are unsure about our vinyl material working with the lacquer you will be using, write us an email and we would be glad to send you a sample of the vinyl material that you could test and see if it holds up.

Q: Do you offer large volume discounts based on quantity?

A: Yes, We are happy to offer volume discounts based on quantity. For quantities over 5 or more, discounts are available. Most listing have a Bulk pricing, when ordering more then 5 you discount will show in you cart.

Q: How should I care for my decal?

A: In colder climates, decals on windows of vehicles can be damaged by the scraping of frost or ice from the windows. Mild window cleaner may be used to clean the windows without damage to the decal. On painted surfaces of vehicles, care must be taken when waxing. Wax will build up around the edges of the decal, and will need to be removed. Use a soft cloth, and take your time, and be gentle. DO NOT USE something such as a brush. It will only force the wax underneath the edge of the decal, and the decal will begin to peel. Your Decal will not be damaged by normal use of car wash products, or water. Although the decals will withstand pressure washers, car washes, these will reduce the life and appearance of your Decal. The decals will not last forever, but will give you many years of enjoyment if taken care of.

Q: How do I remove my decal?

A: On glass surfaces, with temperatures between 70 and 80 degrees, a razor blade scraper can be used. Decals can be removed from painted surfaces by using a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the decal to the point to where it peels off easily. Heating the decal will not cause the decal to completely detach from the surface, but will loosen the adhesive to make it make easier to remove.

Q: Can I reuse the graphic once I take it off?

A: No. Once the decal graphic is removed is it no longer reusable.
